This is not a flower to be taken lightly. They will be the first to bloom in the spring and the last to depart in the winter. A word of warning. Although this is a cheerful annual flower if you allow it to go to seed, it will reseed readily. You find calendula flowers in many skin care products. Growing to two feet this flower blooms in orange, peach, cream and maroon. 125 seeds per packet.
- This annual is the first to bloom in the spring and the last to leave in the early winter.
- Also know as the poor man's saffron. It gives color to dishes but no taste.
- This is a very heavy reseeding annual.
